• With over 20 years of extensive educational experience in schools in Singapore, China, Dubai and Australia, Chris has a deep understanding of all IB Programmes.
• MYP/DP workshop leader, Site Visit Team Member, Examiner for DP Music and Theory of Knowledge, and International Schools Accreditor for CIS.
• Held a number of leadership positions and has extensive experience in student support, parent communication and staff leadership. He also has extensive knowledge of positive psychology and the key elements of pastoral care and wellbeing for students.
• Seeing himself as a facilitator of learning, he dedicates himself to developing strong relationships of trust, promoting engaged learners whilst catering for a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.

Nyn Ren

Principal of ISA Wenhua High School of Guangzhou (International-IGCSE and A Level)

• In previous schools, Nyn Ren built international high schools from scratch, offering diverse courses such as IBDP, A-level, AP, NCUK, IFD, BTEC etc., respecting students' individuality and opening up a number of channels for college applications. Several hundred of students successfully graduated in the past years and many have been admitted to University of Oxford, Imperial College, University of Chicago, UC Berkeley, University of the Arts London and other famous universities. 100% of the graduate classes have been admitted to the top 50 universities in the world in multiple years.
• These outstanding educational outcomes are a testament to her extensive experience in international education and exceptional teaching and management capabilities. She completed her Education Management courses at University College London. She is an experienced IB educator and DP Language B examiner. She was recognized as an "Excellent Teacher" by the Jiangsu Provincial Education Bureau, received the "Outstanding Contribution Award" from a renowned education group, and was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Educator" from the government.
• Ms. Nyn Ren will be joining ISA Liwan as the Secondary School Principal and the Coordinator of the IGCSE program starting on August 1, 2024. With her rich professional background and professional certifications, she will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the international education initiatives at ISA, nurturing exceptional students who can join world-class universities and achieve remarkable personal growth.

Sheldon Smith

ISA Wenhua Liwan International High School Executive Principal

• 22 years of international teaching experience; familiar with both International and Chinese culture and education systems.
• Previously served as the academic principal of a top ranking international high school with AP programme in Guangzhou, helping the school achieve great local and international renown. Witnessed 2500 students matriculating from the school to best universities worldwide.
• Subject specialism is English for Academic Purposes (EAP), giving him great understanding of how to develop students' academic English in order to succeed on international pathways at the high school level.

Jessica Huang

• Jessica has 15 years of experience in international teaching and management and is familiar with mainstream international courses such as IB, IGCSE, A Level and AP.
• Her students have attended world famous schools, including Oxford, Cambridge, Cornell, Chicago and other famous schools.
• Jessica has been an IBDP Chemistry Examiner.

Peter Guo

Principal of Middle School of of ISA Wenhua Liwan School of Guangzhou (International)

• Peter has worked in well-known International Schools and he has extensive experience in teaching MYP and DP language and literature, language acquisition as well as TOK courses.
• He received his bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Hunan University of Science and Technology in 2012, and recieved his master's degrees in Counseling Psychology and Educational Psychology from Assumption University and University of Kent. In 2022, he received the education Leadership training from the School of Education of Harvard University.
• Peter has worked in domestic public schools, international schools, and many schools in Thailand and the United Kingdom. He has rich teaching experience.
