In previous schools, Nyn Ren built international high schools from scratch, offering diverse courses such as IBDP, A-level, AP, NCUK, IFD, BTEC etc., respecting students' individuality and opening up a number of channels for college applications. Ms. Nyn Ren will be joining ISA Liwan as the Secondary School Principal and the Coordinator of the IGCSE program starting on August 1, 2024. With her rich professional background and professional certifications, she will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the international education initiatives at ISA, nurturing exceptional students who can join world-class universities and achieve remarkable personal growth.

Possess a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Master of Child Development and Educational Psychology, and a Certificate of Professional Skills Training for Youth Psychological Counseling (issued by the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
Has 15 years of experience in teaching and managing international programs, familiar with international curriculums such as IBDP, IBMYP, IGCSE, A-Level, has worked in well-known international schools in Guangdong and Beijing, and has taught students in prestigious schools around the world.
IBEN member, mainly trains IB teachers in IBDP Chemistry, the role of DPC, and Approaches to teaching and learning for DP/CP classroom teachers.
Jennifer Li

Jennifer Li holds a BA in English Language and Literature Education from Bohai University and an MA in English Language Teaching from the University of Nottingham. With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, including 20 years dedicated to international education development and innovation, she has established herself as a visionary educational leader.
During her tenure in key administrative positions at ULC, Mrs Li achieved remarkable success in curriculum development, teacher professional growth, and student advancement. Under her leadership, the teaching team nurtured numerous outstanding students who gained admission to world-renowned institutions including Oxford and Cambridge. As the former director of Cambridge International Education's teacher training program, and as a Cambridge-certified ESL and Young Learners examiner, she embodies the philosophy of lifelong learning, further enhancing her professional leadership by completing the PTC training program in 2021.
Mrs Li firmly believes that 'education is awakening' and advocates the educational philosophy that 'every child is a unique seed.' She has implemented Project-Based Learning (PBL) to effectively stimulate students' creativity and spirit of exploration. Regular 'Parent-School Collaborative Education Workshops' organized by her have strengthened the educational partnership between parents and the school, collectively witnessing students' transformation from passive learning to active inquiry. In the CIS accreditation process, she led the curriculum and teaching reform initiative, aiming to cultivate 'confident problem-solvers on the global stage.'
With exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, extensive international education experience, and innovative educational concepts, Mrs Li has successfully fostered a vibrant learning community. She maintains that the essence of education lies in helping each student discover their unique value, explore the wonders of the world, and ultimately grow into lifelong learners and positive changemakers in society.
Wendy Bo
Teacher of Biology and IGCSE Coordinator
Wendy Bo holds a Master's degree of science from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Bachelor's degree of biotechnology from Sun Yat-sen University.
As an experienced lBDP Biology and ESS (Environmental systems and societies) teacher, she believes in the lB core values deeply and always try to model it for the students.
In class, Wendy does her best to utilize a variety of strategies to enrich her teaching. Her classes are engaging as she is always enthusiastic to interact with students.
Having a genuine passion about biology, Wendy loves reading around the topic and enjoys hikingin mountains and natural parks in her spare time.
