With over 25 years of deep involvement in the field of international education, Delinda brings extensive leadership experience from top international schools both in China and abroad, including the International School of Beijing (ISB) and SAS. She has served as the Chinese Principal, Deputy Head of School, and Executive Director of the Education Research Institute at BIBA.
Delinda is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Bath, holds dual Master’s degrees in Education from the University of Bath and Chinese from Nanjing Normal University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the College of New Jersey in the United States, and has earned both Principal Certification from PTC and Beijing Normal University.
Delinda serves as an Industry Mentor for master’s students at East China Normal University and leads the Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications program. As an early practitioner of IB education in China, she has long served as a leader on the IB official Evaluation Leader and as an examiner, and is a member of the Accrediting Commission for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
Several of her papers have received first- and second-place awards for outstanding achievements from provincial and municipal education associations. She has published numerous papers in academic journals and international conferences, with some research results being fully reprinted by *Renmin University Copy Materials*. She has also led educational research projects in Beijing.
Committed to the holistic development and career planning of students, she has guided students in gaining admission to world-renowned institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, Columbia University, and Peking University.
Nyn Ren
Deputy Head of ISA Liwan Secondary School (International)
Nyn has worked at several renowned international schools, including HT NANJING IMPACT ACADEMY. With 17 years of practice in teaching and school leadership, she has taken part in three school start-ups from the ground up and played a full role in the development of international secondary education. She has led the design and implementation of a diversified curriculum framework covering IBDP, A Level, AP, NCUK, IFD and BTEC pathways.
Nyn completed an educational management programme at University College London (UCL). As an official examiner for IBDP Language B, she brings authoritative expertise in language teaching and assessment.
Nyn has received the title of “Outstanding Teacher” from the provincial Department of Education, the “Outstanding Contribution Award” from a well-known education group, and the title of “Advanced Educator” from the municipal government.

Jessica Huang
DP Coordinator and Deputy Head of ISA Liwan Secondary School (International)
Jessica has 17 years of experience in international curriculum teaching and school management, with a strong command of IBDP, IBMYP, IGCSE and A Level programmes. She has previously worked at Guangdong Country Garden School, Beijing Huijia Private School and the IB programme of Guangzhou Foreign Language School.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Child Development and Educational Psychology, and a professional training certificate in youth counselling issued by the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
As a member of IBEN, Jessica has been involved in training IB teachers, with a focus on IBDP Chemistry, the role of DP Coordinator, and developing students’ ATL through subject teaching.

With more than 25 years of deep experience in international education, Jennifer is not only a seasoned educational leader, but also holds a range of highly respected professional qualifications, including the PTC International Principal Certification, Cambridge International Education Certified Teacher Trainer status, and Cambridge examiner accreditation.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Bohai University.

Freeman Kuang
Assistant Principal of HKDSE Programme of ISA International Education Group
With more than a decade of experience in IBDP and HKDSE education, Freeman brings both outstanding teaching outcomes and extensive curriculum management experience. He has previously served as Assistant Principal of the Secondary School Division at Guangzhou Ruisi International School and as Curriculum Director at the Hong Kong Secondary Education and Curriculum Development Centre. He has led and supported the development of DSE divisions at multiple secondary schools across the Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta region, and his work has been widely reported and well received by the media.
Freeman graduated from The Education University of Hong Kong with a Master’s degree in International Educational Leadership. He also holds the IB Leadership Practice Certificate, the UK Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (IQTS), a Hong Kong Registered Teacher Certificate and a National Senior Secondary School Teacher Qualification Certificate.
Academically outstanding, Freeman achieved Level 5* and 5** in Chinese Language and History in HKDSE. He has received professional training through Peking University’s Young Teachers Programme and the British Council, and has been invited on multiple occasions to deliver curriculum development and teaching workshops for schools and educational organisations, continually promoting regional educational collaboration and curriculum innovation.

Flora Huang

Flora joined the ISA Liwan Nansha IBDP programme in July 2023, where she served as Head of Moral Education and later as Assistant Principal, overseeing student affairs, admissions, marketing and operations. In February 2025, she moved to the ISA Liwan campus and became Assistant Principal of the International Secondary School Division, responsible for student affairs management, student activity organisation and home-school communication.
Flora holds a master’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University and has devoted more than 20 years to secondary education. She previously worked at the Affiliated High School of Sun Yat-sen University and has achieved strong teaching results, receiving multiple honours and awards.
Flora has been recognised with honours including “Outstanding Class Teacher” of Guangzhou, “Outstanding Private School Teacher” of Guangdong Province, and First Prize in the Excellent Paper Award for Family Education, among other awards at provincial, municipal, district and school levels.

Wendy Bo
Biology Teacher and IGCSE Coordinator of ISA Liwan Secondary School (International)
With nearly 20 years of deep experience in international education, Wendy previously worked at Asia International College (AIC). She not only has strong academic expertise, but has also built outstanding practical experience in teaching IBDP Biology and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS), and has long served as an ESS examiner.
Wendy holds a Master of Science degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a Bachelor of Biotechnology degree from Sun Yat-sen University.
