Mr. Ng graduated from the University of London, majoring in accounting and finance.
In the past 15 years, he has been serving in international schools and has rich teaching management experience. He has served as Director of Student Life, Deputy Principal, Dean of Students, Head of Mathematics Department from his former experiences.
The accounting and mathematics courses he taught has achieved Top in the World for both IGCSE and A Levels.
As an educator and administrator with a passion in Character development, he places strong emphasis on the individual growth of students as he believes that each and every individual has something in them and it is the the duty of educators to help and motivate them in their path to search and achieve it.

Successfully served in various positions at the International School of Ulaanbaatar, including Community Liaison Coordinator, and Primary Library Specialist.
Successfully served as the librarian at the Overseas Chinese Academy of Chiway, Suzhou, China as a bilingual school.
